How to prevent bubbling from happening

Therefore we are introducing an easy-to-follow 3 steps to help you evaluate the moisture level of your concrete. Simply follow this:

  1. Tap a plastic bag onto your concrete.
  2. Wait for 24 hours.
  3. Lift the bag and check the moisture level of the side that has been touch the concrete. If it is dry, then you are ok to proceed to next level.
